A new review of the Defence Force (NZDF) is set to shake up its processes during overseas deployments.

YouTube has started removing the dislike count from videos to help protect creators from harassment, the company has announced.
The video streaming platform made the move after experimenting earlier this year to see whether changes could reduce 'dislike attacks', where people deliberately drive up the number of dislikes on videos.

A Kiwi worker suspects many unvaccinated people have already fooled their employers into thinking they've had the jab, despite a digital vaccine record being unveiled by the Ministry of Health this week.
My Covid Record was announced in an email to Kiwis on Thursday, marking a new way for New Zealanders to view their vaccination records - the first step on the path towards vaccine certificates, which the Government has promised will arrive before the end of the month.

It would be "inconceivable" for Australia not to join the United States should Washington take action to defend Taiwan, Australian Defence Minister Peter Dutton said on Saturday.
On Wednesday, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said the United States and its allies would take unspecified "action" if China were to use force to alter the status quo over Taiwan.
