**THE COLOUR OF HATE — Album Statement**

This album was never meant to be comfortable.

"The Colour of Hate" is what happens when silence finally stops working. It’s what spills out when you look at the world long enough and realise hate doesn’t always arrive as something loud or obvious — sometimes it’s taught, sometimes it’s inherited, and sometimes it’s just left unchecked until it becomes normal.

I didn’t write this to point fingers at one place, one group, or one moment in time. Hate doesn’t work that cleanly. It moves through systems, through families, through generations. It adapts. It wears different uniforms depending on who is holding it.

Each track is a different angle of the same thing:
How easily we learn to divide.
How quickly we forget to listen.
And how often pain gets recycled instead of healed.

There’s anger in this record — because there has to be. But underneath it, there’s something else too. A kind of refusal. A refusal to accept that this is just “how things are.” A refusal to believe that humanity is only defined by its worst impulses.

If this album feels heavy, it should. But it isn’t hopeless.

Because even in the darkest colour, there is still contrast. And contrast means something else still exists beside it.

This is not an answer.
It’s a mirror.

And what you see in it depends on what you bring to it.
