A motorcyclist has died in a terrible Timaru crash on Saturday morning.
Emergency services were called to the crash near the intersection of Rosewill Valley Road and King Road at about 7:55am.
Police say the motorcycle went through a fence.

"Cordons are in place and motorists are advised to avoid the area," a police spokesperson says.
"The serious crash unit is examining the scene."
