Creative Commons License Agreement (Non-Commercial + No Derivatives + Attribution)

1. Licensed Work
This license applies to the complete musical album titled “Darkest Night Brightest Day”, created by Nighthawk / Anonymous, including all songs, tracks, recordings, compositions, audio files, and associated audio content as well as any and art files contained within the album (“the Work”).

2. Grant of Permission
The Artist (“Licensor”) grants the public (“Licensee”) permission to:
    1. Download the album.
    2. Listen to the album in private, personal, or non-commercial settings.
    3. Share and redistribute the album in its original, unmodified form in any medium or platform.
    4. You must include this licence agreement upon sharing the album.
These permissions are granted only for non-commercial use.

3. Conditions of Use
    A. Non-Commercial Use Only
        The Work may not be used for any commercial purpose under any circumstances.
    This includes but is not limited to:
        * Monetized or ad-supported videos.
        * Streaming revenue or paid music services.

    B. Attribution Required

4. No Additional Restrictions

    Licensees may not apply legal or technological measures (including DRM) that restrict others from exercising the rights granted by this license.

5. Termination

    This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any of its terms.
    Rights may be reinstated if the violation is corrected, at the Licensor’s discretion.

6. No Warranty

    The Work is provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from use, sharing, or distribution of the Work.
