A motorcyclist has been injured after an apparent hit-and-run in south Auckland on Friday night.
Police were called to the crash on Great South Rd in Takanini about 10.15pm, a police spokeswoman told Stuff.
The car left the scene after the incident, where the rider received moderate injuries, she said.
Police would be making inquiries to find the driver, the spokeswoman said.
The road reopened as of 10.45pm.
